These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.bigbangcrackers.com, our Android app, and any order you place with Big Bang Crackers, D.No: 4/1993, Kalavthy Nagar, Keelathiruthangal Village, Sivakasi – 626124, Tamil Nadu, India. By using our website or app, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

2. Orders and acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable, delivery to your location is not feasible, or payment is not received.
• An order is confirmed only after full payment is received and we send you an order confirmation.
• Minimum order values and delivery options vary by location and are stated on our Shipping Policy page. Please review it before ordering.

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payment by UPI, bank transfer and other online modes only. We do not offer cash on delivery (COD) under any circumstances.
• Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the price prevailing when the order was confirmed.

4. Delivery and pickup

• Home delivery is available in select locations; in other serviceable states, orders are sent by transport / parcel service for customer pickup at the carrier's local office. Full details, charges and timelines are in our Shipping Policy.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak festival season or due to transport conditions beyond our control.
• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details, and for collecting transport-pickup consignments within the carrier's holding period.

5. Product use and safety

• Fireworks are inherently hazardous products. You agree to store, handle and use them strictly as per the safety instructions printed on each product and pack, away from children, and in accordance with local laws and regulations applicable to you.
• Adult supervision is mandatory at all times. We are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from improper storage, mishandling or unsafe use of products after delivery or pickup.

6. Cancellations, refunds and returns

Cancellations, damage claims and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Chit scheme

Our savings (chit) scheme is governed by the specific terms communicated to members at enrolment, including plan value, bonus, and redemption during the festival season. Scheme benefits are non-transferable and redeemable only against purchases from us.

8. Intellectual property

All content on www.bigbangcrackers.com and our app — including text, images, logos, product descriptions and design — belongs to Big Bang Crackers or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Big Bang Crackers for any claim arising out of an order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
