Overview

Big Bang Crackers ships Sivakasi-made fireworks across 14 Indian states. Delivery options, minimum order values, and charges vary by location. All orders are dispatched directly from our Sivakasi base, ensuring factory-fresh stock and shorter handling times.

Order timing matters during Diwali season — please order early to ensure delivery before the festival.

Tamil Nadu, Bangalore & Pondicherry

Minimum Order: ₹3,000

Home Delivery

Direct doorstep delivery to your address. ₹500 prepaid charge. Free home delivery on orders ₹10,000 and above.

Available cities/areas include all of Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Thanjavur, Vellore, Hosur, Tirupur, Erode, Tirunelveli, and 30+ more), Bangalore (all major areas), and Pondicherry.

Transport Pickup (Free)

Alternative option: customer collects the order from a designated transport service point in their city. No charge from Big Bang Crackers — customer pays the transport company directly upon collection.

3–10 days from order confirmation (Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry: 3–7 days; Bangalore: 3–10 days).

Transport Pickup (Customer Pays Transport Directly)

Big Bang Crackers ships your order via licensed transport partner. The order arrives at a designated transport hub or parcel service point in your city, where you collect it. Big Bang Crackers does not charge a delivery fee — customer pays the transport company directly when collecting the parcel.

Transport Pickup (Flat ₹1,000 Prepaid Delivery Charge)

Big Bang Crackers ships your order via licensed transport partner with a flat ₹1,000 prepaid delivery charge. The order arrives at a designated transport hub or parcel service point in your city for collection.

• Jharkhand: Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro Steel City, and 6 other cities.
• Odisha: Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Brahmapur, Sambalpur, and 5 other cities.
• Bihar: Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, Purnia, Bhagalpur, and 15 other cities.
• Assam: Guwahati, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Jorhat, Tinsukia, Tezpur, and 6 other cities.

Payment Methods

Big Bang Crackers accepts the following payment methods only:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS)
• Online Payment via website checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for crackers. This is in compliance with the Supreme Court 2018 ruling restricting COD on online cracker sales. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed and payment is verified, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp and email with your order ID and dispatch ETA. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

For transport pickup orders, you will receive the LR (lorry receipt) number, transport company contact details, and the pickup location address.

Safety & Packaging

All crackers are packed in compliance with PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) regulations. Packages are sealed, labelled, and handled by licensed transport partners trained in fireworks logistics. We do not ship through standard courier services that prohibit explosive cargo.

Areas We Do Not Ship

Currently, Big Bang Crackers does not ship to Kerala. We also do not ship outside India. Some specific districts within served states may have restricted access — please verify your pin code at checkout.
