1. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to take and fulfil your order:

• Identity & contact details — your name, mobile / WhatsApp number, and email address (if provided).
• Delivery details — your delivery or pickup address, city, state and PIN code.
• Order details — the products you order, order value, and order history.
• Payment references — as we accept only UPI, bank transfer and other online payment methods (no cash on delivery), we may record your UPI ID, transaction reference number or bank reference for reconciliation. We do not collect or store card numbers, CVVs, or banking passwords.
• Chit scheme details — if you join our savings (chit) scheme, we record your plan, monthly contribution and payment history.
• Usage data — basic technical data (device type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics, as described in our Cookie Policy.

2. How we use your information

• To process, pack, dispatch and deliver your orders, or arrange transport pickup.
• To confirm payments and issue order confirmations and invoices.
• To operate and administer the chit scheme for members who join it.
• To respond to your enquiries on phone, WhatsApp or email.
• To send you order updates and, with your consent, seasonal offers. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
• To improve our website and app using aggregated analytics.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to serve you:

• Delivery and transport partners — your name, phone number and address, so consignments can reach you.
• Service providers — website hosting, analytics and communication tools that process data on our behalf.
• Legal authorities — where required by law or a lawful government request.

4. Data retention

We retain order and payment records for as long as required for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and thereafter delete or anonymise them. Chit scheme records are retained for the duration of the scheme and applicable statutory periods.

Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure of your data where it is no longer required for a lawful purpose.
• Withdraw consent for promotional communications at any time.
• Raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unresolved.

6. Children

Our products are intended for purchase by adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data, including secure hosting and restricted access to order records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
